1. SHIPPING OVERVIEW
VTag.id ships NFC tags and related physical products to customers. Digital services and tag configuration are available immediately upon account creation.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
2.1 Available Shipping Options
We offer multiple shipping options with real-time rate calculation:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Priority Shipping (1-3 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
2.2 Shipping Rate Calculation
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
- Rates are provided by our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- The rate displayed at checkout is the final shipping cost
- We may apply a small handling fee to cover packaging materials
3. PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
4. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
4.1 United States
- We ship to all 50 states and US territories
- Some remote locations may have limited carrier options
4.2 International Shipping
- International shipping is currently not available
- We plan to expand shipping options in the future
5. SHIPPING INSURANCE
5.1 Standard Coverage
- All shipments include basic carrier liability coverage
- Coverage limits vary by carrier and shipping method
5.2 Additional Insurance
- Additional shipping insurance may be available at checkout
- Insurance coverage protects against loss, theft, or damage during transit
- Insurance costs are based on the declared value of your order
- Claims must be filed within 30 days of expected delivery date
6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- All orders include tracking information
- Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships
- You can track your package directly through the carrier's website
- Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment
7. DELIVERY
7.1 Delivery Attempts
- Carriers will attempt delivery according to their standard procedures
- If delivery fails, the package may be held at a local facility for pickup
- Unclaimed packages will be returned to us after the carrier's holding period
7.2 Delivery Confirmation
- We rely on carrier delivery confirmation as proof of delivery
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us immediately
- We will work with the carrier to investigate lost packages
7.3 Signature Requirements
- Signature may be required for high-value orders
- You may request signature confirmation at checkout for additional security
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses
- Address changes after order placement may not be possible once shipped
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipments due to address errors
9. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:
1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and/or products

3. Include your order number and description of the issue
4. We will investigate and provide a resolution (replacement or refund)
10. LOST PACKAGES
- If your package shows no tracking updates for more than 7 days, contact us
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours
- We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue
- Resolution may include re-shipment or refund at our discretion
11. SHIPPING DELAYS
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
- During peak seasons (holidays), shipping times may be longer than estimated
- If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email
12. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
- Order modifications may be possible before shipment
- Contact us immediately at support@vtag.email if you need to change your order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be modified
13. FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time
- Promotional shipping typically uses standard shipping method
- Free shipping may have minimum order requirements
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise
