1. OVERVIEW
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for VTag.id products and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
2.1 No Refunds for Partial Billing Periods
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged
- If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for unused days or partial months
- No refunds are provided for downgrades to a lower tier
2.2 Payment Reversals and Chargebacks
- If you reverse a payment or initiate a chargeback, NO REFUND will be issued
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- All premium features will be revoked
- Your tags will revert to free tier functionality only
2.3 Service Discontinuation by VTag.id
- If we discontinue our services, we will refund the prorated amount of your current billing period
- This is the ONLY circumstance where subscription refunds are provided
3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (NFC TAGS)
3.1 Defective Products
- If your NFC tag arrives defective or non-functional, you may request a refund or replacement
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
- You may be required to return the defective product
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
3.2 Damaged During Shipping
- If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 7 days
- Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product
- We will issue a refund or send a replacement at our discretion
3.3 Non-Defective Products
- Refunds for non-defective products are subject to our Return Policy
- A restocking fee may apply
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
- Digital products and services are non-refundable once delivered or activated
- This includes tag configurations, templates, and digital downloads
5. ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
- If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours
- We will investigate with the carrier
- Refunds or replacements for lost packages are issued at our discretion
6. REFUND EXCEPTIONS - NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR:
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Accounts terminated for prohibited content
- Accounts terminated for security abuse or hacking attempts
- Payment chargebacks or disputes (account will be terminated instead)
- Change of mind after subscription billing
- Failure to use the service
- Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described
- Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
- Issues caused by third-party services or your own equipment
7. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund for eligible purchases:
1. Email us at: support@vtag.id
2. Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]"
3. Include:
- Your registered email address
- Order number or transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Photos if applicable (for damaged/defective products)
4. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days
8. REFUND PROCESSING
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- PayPal refunds may take additional time to appear in your account
- Bank processing times vary and are outside our control
9. PARTIAL REFUNDS
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- Products returned in less than original condition
- Products missing parts or accessories
- Situations where full refund is not warranted but some compensation is appropriate
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the posting date.
