All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers. 2. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING 2.1 Monthly Subscriptions - All paid subscriptions are billed monthly - Billing occurs on the same date each month that you initially subscribed - Payments are processed automatically through your selected payment method - You will receive email confirmation of each successful payment 2.2 Subscription Tiers - Free Tier: No payment required, basic features only - Paid Tiers: Monthly subscription with enhanced features and capabilities - Pricing and features for each tier are displayed on our website and may change at any time 3. FAILED PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT CANCELLATIONS 3.1 Failed Automatic Payments - If your automatic payment fails, we will retry the payment according to our billing system settings - If payment continues to fail, your account may be downgraded to the free tier - You will be notified via email of any payment failures 3.2 Payment Reversals and Chargebacks - If you reverse a payment, dispute a charge, or initiate a chargeback through your bank or PayPal: • Your account will be immediately suspended • All paid tier privileges will be revoked immediately • Your NFC tags will lose all premium features and revert to basic functionality only • Your account may be permanently terminated 3.3 Subscription Cancellation - You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings - Upon cancellation: • You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period • No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current billing period • Your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier at the end of the billing cycle 4. DOWNGRADES AND UPGRADES 4.1 Downgrading Your Plan - If you downgrade to a lower tier, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period - You retain access to your current tier features until the billing period ends - Features that exceed your new tier limitations will be disabled when the downgrade takes effect 4.2 Upgrading Your Plan - Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment - You will be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle - Your next billing date remains the same 5. CURRENCY AND TAXES - All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) - Applicable taxes will be added to your subscription fee based on your billing address - California residents will be charged applicable state and local sales tax 6. We will investigate and respond within 3-5 business days Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may result in immediate account termination. 7.
