Technician replacing a broken torsion spring on a garage door in Hayward CA

Torsion and Extension Spring Replacement

911 Garage Doors And Gates repairs and replaces both torsion and extension springs, matching the spring size and wire gauge to your door's weight for safe, balanced operation. We handle torsion spring replacement for doors with a single spring or a pair, carrying standard sizes and sourcing unique springs when needed. Same day garage door repair is available for a stuck or unbalanced door caused by a broken spring.

Commercial sectional garage door installed on a Hayward warehouse

Commercial sectional doors

We install and repair commercial sectional garage doors for warehouses, auto shops, and retail buildings, helping match the right panel material and insulation level to a building's traffic and security needs. As a garage door company handling commercial accounts, we also service the heavier duty springs, cables, and openers that sectional doors require. Garage door installation and repair are both available for commercial properties of any size.

Commercial garage door torsion spring replacement in Castro Valley CA

Commercial Door Spring Replacement

Commercial garage doors use larger torsion springs than residential doors because of their weight and daily cycle count, and we stock spring sizes to match. Torsion spring replacement on a commercial door is handled with the correct wire gauge and spring length so the door lifts evenly and doesn't strain the opener. Same day garage door repair can often be arranged when a commercial door goes down unexpectedly.

Garage door opener repair

Garage door openers can fail from worn gears, burned out motors, misaligned safety sensors, or dead logic boards, and we diagnose the specific cause before recommending a repair or replacement. We work on chain, belt, and screw drive openers from the major manufacturers, and can pair a new opener with your existing door if needed. Same day garage door repair is available for many opener issues that leave a door stuck.

Garage Door panel Repair

A dented or cracked garage door panel can throw the whole door out of balance and let in drafts, but in many cases a single panel can be replaced without swapping out the entire door. We source matching panels by door brand and model where available and handle the hardware adjustments that come with a panel swap. This panel repair service is offered to both homeowners and businesses.

New Garage Door opener Installation

Installing a new garage door opener is a good option when an old unit is failing or you want quieter, more reliable operation, and we install belt, chain, and screw drive models to fit different budgets and noise preferences. We size the opener to your door's weight and add safety sensors and a keypad or remote as needed. This garage door installation service is available for both homes and businesses.

Garage Door Replacement Service

When a garage door is too damaged or outdated to repair economically, replacing it lets you choose a new door style, insulation level, and panel design suited to your home or business. We handle the full garage door installation including new springs, hardware, and opener integration so the finished door operates safely. This replacement service is offered for both residential and commercial properties.

One-piece garage door spring replacement in Castro Valley CA

One-piece door spring replacement

One-piece garage doors use a different spring setup than sectional doors, often relying on a single heavy duty torsion or extension spring to lift the entire slab as one unit. We replace these springs with correctly sized hardware based on the door's weight so it opens smoothly and stays balanced. This torsion spring replacement service is available for older one-piece doors still in daily use.

TorqueMaster torsion spring system repair for a residential garage door in Hayward

TorqueMaster Spring system repair

TorqueMaster spring systems use an enclosed torsion tube instead of exposed springs, which makes them safer to be around but trickier to service without the right tools and training. Our technicians repair and replace TorqueMaster spring assemblies, including the internal torsion springs and cable drums specific to this system. This torsion spring replacement requires specialized tools that not every garage door company carries.
